As we expand across the GCC, we’re looking for high-impact leaders to help us scale our sales organization and customer reach.

 

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Manager – GCC with strong player/coach capabilities and a proven track record in SaaS sales. This individual will not only manage their own accounts from prospecting to close, but will also lead and support the sales team across the region, helping to drive new opportunities and guide the team toward achieving revenue goals. The ideal candidate is strategic, energetic, and passionate about empowering others to succeed.

 

المهام الأساسية:

  • Own the full sales-cycle for your own target as a player-coach.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals across the GCC.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and close high-impact deals.
  • Support team members in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Oversee pipeline health, activity levels, and performance tracking for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align GTM strategy.
  • Develop scalable sales processes and tools to improve productivity and forecasting.
  • Provide coaching and regular performance feedback to the team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new strategic opportunities.
  • Represent Penny at events and client meetings as a senior commercial leader.

 

متطلبات:

  • Minimum of 5 years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role—preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in the GCC market, with knowledge of local business culture.
  • Arabic Speaker and Business level English.
  • Willing to work from our Riyadh office and travel within the GCC as needed.

 

 Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling procurement or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Connections or client base in the procurement, construction, or supply chain sectors.
